1. Local preview

The original recipe snapshot, meal planning, custom meals, freezer and leftover rules work using local mock storage. Data stays in this browser. It is not cloud-synced or live Notion data. Clearing browser data removes it.

2. Private cloud storage

In this system’s Integrations settings, select the private tableful app and current source, provision SQL storage, confirm charges and grant Read/Write plus a daily attempt allowance. SQL and Notion permissions are approved separately; this app has no credentials or bindings.

After approval, initialize the new app database below, then enable cloud mode. This creates a new store; it does not import or overwrite the old app’s data, nor upload local-preview data.

Conflicting or uncertain cloud writes stop further writes. Inspect first; there are no automatic retries or fallback to local storage. A confirmed matching revision clears a pending action. Other unresolved outcomes need investigation before another write.

3. Notion — read-only access

A committed Notion contract now requests Read only. Live access requires a verified recipe data-source ID in that contract and separate owner approval of its exact hash, targets and daily calls. The Recipes data-source ID has been verified through Notion database metadata and is declared in the contract. It is distinct from the legacy database ID. Agent read access does not grant app access.

Reads run only when clicked, never in the background. Results below are untrusted data, displayed as text only; they are not imported into meal storage or forwarded. There is no automatic retry or pagination. Save to Notion remains disabled: this contract does not request Create.

Existing cloud plans, custom meals and freezer records have not been migrated. Original PNG icons and external Google fonts are not included in this first port.
